Today is a crazy hot day.
Woke up sweating and haven't really stopped since. I have lost a lot of fluid. I believe my water to fudgecicle ratio is now a bit unbalanced as a cold fudgecicle on a hot day is much more satisfying than water.
The thing about summer is, all winter we complain and bitch wanting summer to happen but when it comes we whine through all that too.
"It's too hot", "hot damn" and other phrases said in sing song by Bruno Mars fill the air.
I am not one who does well in extreme temperatures. Either too cold or too hot and I am rendered essentially useless.
Reaction to the extreme cold:
-wears so many layers I cannot move
-positions self in prime couch location with many snacks to lower the number of times I need to get up
- discovers a good viewing option on netflix and remains still, bundled safely in a blanket for hours.
Reactions to the extreme heat:
-wears a few layers of light clothing specifically to absorb any sweat to keep top layer seemingly stain free.
-sprawls across couch so that no limb is touching another to minimize heat transfer between extremities.
-makes sure to have several beverages and chips within arms reach.
- discover a good viewing option on netflix and remain stationary for hours to prevent over exertion and over heating.
As you can see my reactions to any extreme temperature is fairly similar.
Reaction to perfectly moderate temperatures:
-wear moderate amount of clothes
- position self on prime couch location with snacks and beverages to last through several episodes.
-discover a solid viewing option and stay still for several hours enjoying the perfect temperature.
As you can see, temperature makes a big difference in my life!
